游侠儿（姜大卫）武功高強，游戏人间，锄强扶弱，劫富济贫，往往连自已的银子都散给灾民。一日，游侠儿无意中救了威胜镖局总镖头的妹妹江灵（李丽丽），得知其兄江威正保运一批价值连城的珍宝，而行踪已被黑道高手孔武（张佩山）发觉。途中，游遇上孔，二人交手，武功相敌。孔向游伪称是自己人，和过天云等是大河六侠，专门劫富济贫，欺骗游和他们一起劫镖。得手后，游才知上了贼人的当，一定要把珍宝找回，与众人激斗，身受重伤……
