整容医生张小娴（林慧玲 饰）心藏不少秘密，她出生在复杂的家庭环境，爸爸有暴力倾向，妈妈则一直黯然忍受家暴。
有一次，爸爸把张小娴的鼻子打断，她因此接受医疗整形，之后甚至将整张脸进行“改造”，也促使她决定当整容医生。
