改邪归正的黑鹰和董婷，结婚后有一子，无奈飞车党不干体，以杀害董婷和孩子威迫他归队，于是黑鹰重返飞车党又过着消沉的生活。当了歌手的骆驼和方容日渐疏离，两人终至分手。有轻生念头的方容巧遇阿涂，而大小了轻生的念头，讲意气的骆驼，知道黑鹰重返飞车党前去营救，未料竟被飞车党幕后老大孔雀控制，成为搏击场的打手。婉茹获此事后，紧急通知远在海外的浩子，浩子立即赶回，救出黑鹰的孩子，但骆驼却为掩护浩子而受伤。黑鹰忍无可忍之下，挟持孔雀救出所有的人，但骆驼也在送医不及的情况下死在方容的怀里。浩子因失去同甘共苦的好友...
